Amistat & Matthew Mole at Halle02 in Heidelberg

Amistat returned to Heidelberg — and the city showed up.
After two years of waiting, the twin brothers came back to Heidelberg's halle02 to celebrate their new Ep “What We Are" — and the nearly sold-out crowd welcomed them like no time had passed at all.
The show felt personal from the very first note. No flashy lights, no theatrics — just two brothers, two voices, a few instruments, and a room full of people excited to see their favourite artists return to their hometown.
Matthew Mole opened the evening with warmth and charm. The South African singer-songwriter had originally brought Amistat on tour as his support — and now, in a beautiful full-circle moment, they gave him the honour in return.
The connection between both acts and the crowd was undeniable. People had lined up so early, they even caught Matthew’s soundcheck — just to be close, just to stand front row. And from the looks on everyone’s faces, it was more than worth it.
If you ever get the chance to see Amistat live — go. No questions. No hesitation.
Just go.
