Mark Ambor brings Rockwood to Berlin

Mark Ambor took his Rockwood Tour to a sold out Huxleys Neue Welt in Berlin on April 29, 2025.
Mark talked about Rockwood being a place that always felt like an escape for him and that he hopes his shows can be like that for his fans.
He played some songs acoustically, so they’d feel like how he wrote them. During this part of the show a fan held up a sign asking for Sky is the Limit and Mark made their wish come true by playing it, even though it wasn’t on the setlist. Later on someone else had a sign for a surprise song request with three covered up options to choose from, but Mark had already sang two out of the three, so he decided to just sing the third one (Don’t You Worry) as well.
He interacted with the crowd and their many signs a lot, as well as singing his song Hate That I Still Love You from the middle of the crowd.
Fans had prepared a fan project and held up hearts during My Love!. I addition to that, someone had also given Mark a Germany flag that had his face and "Berlin loves u" written on it, as well as some fans' signatures.
Before closing the show with Belong Together, Mark told everyone that he’d be outside after the show to do a pop up and play some more songs. This entailed him standing on some steps in front of a door with his guitar, with the assembled crowd loudly singing his songs back to him as a great ending to an amazing night.
The show was opened by Isabel Dumaa, who quickly captured the crowd with her beautiful voice with songs like Quarter Life Crisis.

Pauline
I’ve loved photography since I was a kid and (live) music has always been such an important part of my life, getting to combine both of those things is a dream come true. I also love urban and street photography, especially while traveling. Any of my friends can tell tales about having to wait for me while i take pictures wherever we go haha. So: if you’re ever looking for me, chances are you’ll find me and my camera at a concert or out somewhere traveling (or at a concert while traveling).
