One Last Time: Lara Hulo Concludes the HEARTFiX-Tour in Berlin
It was an emotional night for Lara Hulo. On Saturday, November 29th, 2025, the singer played the last and yet biggest show of her HEARTFiX tour at Astra Kulturhaus located in Berlin-Friedrichshain. Having played a stretch of festival shows throughout the summer, Lara was ready to give everything she had inside of her one more time before the year ended.
The first performer of the night was liska. She entertained the crowd with a set full of songs about love, heartbreak, friendship breakups, and more sensitive themes, such as raising awareness about eating disorders during "hungerspiele" ("Hunger Games").
Liska will be on tour herself at the beginning of 2026, visiting Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich, and Constance. Fans should act quickly in case they want to see her live again next year, as some cities have sold out already.
Prior to the show, Lara Hulo asked fans, if possible, to bring sleeping mats and bags as well as small snacks, as she worked together with the Berlin City Mission and the Cold Weather Bus in order to help the homeless. The message of the night: be nice to each other, take care and stand up for and by yourselves, know your self-worth. It was noticeable that Lara wanted to create a safe space for everyone who attends one of her shows, which is why there was an awareness team located at the merch stand in case someone needed guidance or help.
To her own surprise, Lara Hulo’s set didn’t start as usual. As the intro for "Kontrolle Verloren" ("Lost Control") started to play, unexpectedly, voice messages from her peers, team, friends, and family began to ring out throughout the room, everyone stating how proud they are of her and how much they love her.
Other highlights of the night? Walking through the crowd during "Tu dir weh = Tu mir weh" ("Hurt Yourself = Hurt Me"), sharing an intimate moment in the crowd while walking to the B-stage. "Für Mama" ("Mom"), a yet unreleased song she wrote about her mother and all the hardships she had endured, became one of the most emotional moments of the night as her mother was in the crowd. For a fan called Ariana, the highlight was probably a song that Lara dedicated to her, which she improvised on the spot after asking the fan to give her three random words to put into a song. As it was her birthday, "birthday" became one of the words as well as "surfing." And what did the crowd do? During Lara’s improv song, the fan was suddenly crowdsurfing, making this one of the most memorable moments of the night.
Towards the end, a cover of "Ich liebe das Leben" ("I Love Life") by Vicky Leandros, a German classic, drove the crowd insane. The last song of the night was "Berliner Luft" ("Berlin Air"), a double meaning as this is also a famous German alcoholic drink, during which she was joined by some team members, two of them in dinosaur costumes, one of them being the opener liska. However, the true last song of the night was "GLüüüHWeiNTanZ" ("Mulled Wine Dance"), a fun, techno-ish song which thematically fits this time of year perfectly.
After such an intense year, it remains exciting to see where Lara Hulo’s journey will head next year. Even more exciting will be if we catch her live in Wuhlheide in 2027, as the singer seems to have manifested that for herself multiple times throughout her show. But for now, it is time for her to rest for a moment as this year comes to an end.
