Folk-Popstar Noah Kahan has risen to fame across the globe over the past years. His latest album, Stick Season, was a massive success, maintaining the top spot in the charts for several weeks. The singer's songs are heavily influenced by his life in Vermont. Kahan uses personal storytelling to talk about his feelings including depression and anxiety. These honest and heavy topics are seamlessly woven into upbeat folk melodies like “Stick Season” or “All My Love” which contradict the agonising lyrics. On the other hand, slower ballads like “Call Your Mom” or “Orange Juice” are stripped of production and heart-wrenching and raw. Regardless of the tempo, Kahan's poignant vocals resonate deeply, leaving listeners with a touch of melancholy as the emotions flow through your body.

After the success of his previous sold-out shows in London, including a sold out O2 Arena, the folk-pop sensation is returning this summer for his biggest UK headline show at BST Hyde Park on July 4. Noah Kahan’s stage set up is simple. Just him, his guitar, his voice and his band. This simplicity creates an intimate atmosphere which will allow his audience to connect with his songs. There is nothing that distracts from the singers enchanting songs in the summer night.

He will be joined by an exciting mix of artists like Gracie Abrams, who also collaborated with Noah on the track “Everything, Everywhere”, which might be something to look forward to. Another anticipated song is the Tik Tok hit “That’s So True”. Fans can also look forward to a performance of multiple Grammy-winning artist and producer FINNEAS, who is expected to deliver songs such as “Till Forever Falls Apart” or “Break My Heart Again”. The line-up features a versatile mix of rising artists Gigi Perez, Paris Paloma, Hazlett, Jo Hill, Sebastian Schub, Sidney Rose, Kevin Atwater, and Lily Fitts.

An unforgettable summer evening is assured for all who attend Noah Kahan’s headlining show at BST Hyde Park!

I like to write about everything pop & fandom culture. Since it has been an integral part of my life for over 10 years I want to write about it for people to get an insight into something they might not understand. I‘d love to shed light onto the misogynistic view on fansgirls/boys. Sport fans and pop music fans are not as different.
