Jazeek Celebrates New Album "4LAP" in Berlin
This album is for the ladies and the players, at least according to its title. On Friday, April 10th, 2026, German rapper Jazeek released his highly anticipated studio album 4LAP. Previously, Jazeek treated his fans to pre-release singles such as "Marbella" and "Miami", but with over 26 songs on his newest album, listeners were in for a real feast, including two "secret tracks" featuring special samples of Madcon’s "Glow" and Akon’s "Smack That".
With his last album MOST VALUABLE PLAYA reaching the top spot on the official German charts, amassing over 285 million streams and earning the title of the most streamed album of 2025 in Germany, expectations for his new project were understandably high.
To celebrate the release, the rapper organized pre-listening parties in Düsseldorf and in Berlin at Zoo Palast, where more than 700 people showed up. During these events, he answered questions about the album and shared insights into upcoming projects, including potential dream features.
At the beginning of the year, Jazeek spent some time in Thailand, where most of the album took shape. Although he had nearly completed the album before traveling there, it was the tropical atmosphere that ultimately inspired him. According to Jazeek, most of the songs were created at the start of the year during his time abroad.
Recently, German artist Shirin David revealed that she has also been working on new music in Thailand, suggesting the country might be something of a hidden hotspot for creativity. Speaking of German female artists, during a Q&A session in Berlin, Jazeek mentioned that he would love to collaborate with AYLIVA one day. So it might be worth keeping your eyes or ears open in case something develops in the near future!
