Get Ready, Hamburg: Franz Ferdinand Returns with Sea Girls in Tow

From Glasgow to stages worldwide, the rock and dance band Franz Ferdinand already has an impressive journey behind them, and more is yet to come! Part of the band since the beginning are Alex Kapranos (vocals, guitar) and Bob Hardy (bass), in 2017 Dino Bardot (guitar) and Julian Corrie (keys) joined, followed by Audrey Tait (drums) in 2021.

Starting in 2003 from their first ever release, the song “Darts of Pleasure” and in 2004 from their first and self-titled album “Franz Ferdinand” - which the hit single “Take Me Out” is part of - over to their 2009 released album “Tonight” and their 2013 released one “Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action”, to their newest album “The Human Fear”.

After their successful tour run, crossing Europe, Canada, and the US, they will have a stop as part of their 2025 Summer Shows in Hamburg and play at the Stadtpark Open Air on May 30th, with support from the English indie rock band Sea Girls.

Franz Ferdinand, with their stage presence, accompanied by their energy, the crowd’s energy, and people’s smiling faces, will immerse the crowd in their music and show. Both of them and their fans visibly have fun during their shows! You won't want to miss this.
